Nearly a century old and needing a major restoration, Group i restored and renovated the iconic Warfield Building with its Rennaissance-Baroque ornamentation bringing it back to its past glory. Employing innovative modern interior design, Group i was also able to fill it with leading-technology tenants such as Spotify, Match and Zendesk.

Recognizing the charm and antiquity of one of the oldest surviving merchant neighborhoods in San Francisco, Group i preserved and enhanced 410-440 Pacific Avenue as four contiguous buildings each with its own unique character and street entrance.

The renovation of a 35,000 SF historic structure in the bustling new tech center of old San Francisco, the 1908 historic building was gutted to create modern workspace while restoring the historic ornamental façade.

Tapping into the pulse of the rapidly changing San Francisco creative workspace, 340 Bryant captures the zeitgeist of this blend of tech and maker with the conversion of the Machine Works warehouse in San Francisco’s SoMa district into 62,000 sf of modern creative office and light industrial space.
