Recognizing the natural light created by the large fenestration and high ceilings of an underutilized warehouse, the Tehama Lofts represent the best of post-industrial modern loft conversion in San Francisco. A 40,000sf transformative project yielding 27 live/work lofts.

THE BOOK CONCERN BUILDING

At the forefront of affordable by design, the Book Concern Building, or BCB, was one of San Francisco’s first “micro-unit” residential development. Repurposing a historic building and utilizing innovative loft development, BCB offered urban living for first-time home buyers.
