Following a competitive RFP, the City Council of South San Francisco’s selected L37 Partners to lead the entitlement and development of 800 residential units, parks and infrastructure on 6 acres of former SFPUC land near South San Francisco’s BART Station.  Working closely with community members, SSF City staff and other stakeholders, L37 Partners designed and entitled the largest housing development in South San Francisco, to date.  A master development including 20% on-site affordable units, childcare facilities,  a market hall, over 3 acres of public accessible parks and open space, the South San Francisco PUC development, in conjunction with the adjacent SSF Civic Campus project, will be a new central destination of the bustling city of South San Francisco.
